Villa Žiganto sits in the village of Poljane, in the green hills above Opatija — a calm, private retreat with views of the Adriatic and the Kvarner Bay from almost every corner.

Inside are an open living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms each with its own bathroom, an indoor jacuzzi and a games room with a billiard table. Outside, a pool terrace faces the sea, a covered summer kitchen has a gas grill, and an old olive tree shades the lawn.
